We're rolling out the triathlon red carpet for our SBR of Ky.'s Grand Opening, and we hope you'll be by Sunday for delicious food (Bourbon N' Toulouse), drink, and lots of give-aways! First, we want to thank all of you who have already joined. We're closing in on the Founding Fifty! And we're hoping to see some new faces so we can show you what SBR of Ky. is all about.You'll see the indoor cycling studio with CompuTrainer in action,and then a few feet away witness what training in an Endless Pool can do for your swim stroke. Questions about gait analysis with video, and lactate threshold testing? Coach Beth has the answers. Our certification in bike fit, and the equipment we have for it, are second to none in the state. Coach Eric can explain how you get one-on-one service for the best bike fit of your life. We're giving away a 2XU tri suit, tri running shoes from Zoot or KSwiss, socks, sunglasses from Tifosi, a bike helmet, and energy bars. Our buddies from Bourbon N' Toulouse are serving up some tasty creole, and drinks are on us! Meet our staff, and spend some time just hanging out.
