Stroke analysis in the Endless Pool

When one of our staff at Swim Bike Run of Kentucky, U-K distance swimmer, Kevin Ryan took a plunge in our Endless Pool...he didn't know what to expect. Swimming in place against a current over a mirror so he could see his stroke was a different experience. He was impressed. And so was I. Watching someone swim like Ryan is a beautiful thing. As a triathlete for three-years who has worked hard to break old habits with my swim stroke, I marveled at how smoothly he stroked thru the water. That's one of the awesome aspects of using our Endless Pool. It's very intimate. Our coaches can watch you swim from just a few feet away. You have a mirror at the bottom so you can see your stroke and body roll. We can video tape both below and above water so you can see exactly what you're doing, or not doing. Our Endless Pool has 52 speeds so we can find just the right speed for your training needs. We hope you'll take full advantage of it. Book an appointment on our website under the Training tab, or call Coach Eric at the tri center, (859) 455-3384. See you in the water!
